Is a United States Coast Guard Licensed Captain who strives to provide you a fun & safe experience on this beautiful lake.

Safety is a priority

All passengers will be given a safety orientation prior to departure. Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) are provided and state law requires that all children under 7 years of age must wear a USCG approved PFD at all times while onboard any vessel.

$12.00 per person - children 12 & under 1/2 price

Charter Service &

$250.00 hr - 2 hr minimum $275.00 hr Holiday weekends
plus sales tax fees
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full payment & signed charter agreement required prior to departure.

$10.00 per mile deadhead charge for pick-up or drop-off
outside the main channel 7-9 mm
No refunds for charters cancelled within 15 days of
departure date. Prices subject to change without notice.

Terms & Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel a water taxi or boat charter please call (816) 914-1272. Cancellations by text or e-mail will not be accepted. Full refunds are given for cancellations prior to 15 days before departure date. Playin Hooky Charters reserves the right to cancel any water taxi or charter for safety, weather conditions or mechanical reason...even after a cruise has begun. If we cancel a booked cruise prior to departure for the reasons listed above a full refund will be issued.
You are welcome to bring onboard whatever beverages you would like. For the safety of the passengers and crew, anyone that becomes intoxicated to the point the Captain feels is unsafe to others, themselves or inhibit the safe operation of the vessel, will result in the contract being void and the charter and/or water taxi terminated, which would mandate the person/persons to find an alternative mode of transportation, without any monies being refunded.

Damages & Liability

Any damages caused by your group will be charged to the credit card you provided. Playin Hooky Charters will be held harmless by customers for any injury, illness or accident.
